Op dinsdag 19 april 2022 organiseert de KULeuven in het auditorium van Provinciehuis Leuven de inaugurale rede  van de Internationale Francqui Leerstoel 2022 door Prof. Dr. Cecil Konijnendijk, Professor Urban Forestry aan de Universiteit van British Columbia in Vancouver, getiteld "Urbanising the Forest, Reforesting the City? – Emerging forest urbanisms and discourses in urban forestry”.
